He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Spencer resides in Hanover County with his wife, Courtney, their two children, and their two dogs. Outside of his practice, he places high value on time spent with family and maintaining an active lifestyle. He enjoys coaching his children in their various sporting activities and volunteering with his son’s Scouting America Troop. He is also an avid outdoorsman, with interests that include fishing, boating, camping, snowboarding, and sporting clays, pursuits that provide both balance and meaningful opportunities to connect with family and friends.
