I came across an interesting article in the Wall Street Journal written by Rachel Emma Silverman entitled “Joining Church and Estate.” The article discusses the intersection, and sometimes controversy, of religion and estate planning. This is a topic I commonly discuss with my clients, and depending on your personal beliefs, may be very relevant to you.
